Internal Medicine Physician

• Specialty: Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
  
• Location: Farmington, ME
  
• Start: November 2026 (earlier start possible for providers with active ME license)
  
• Assignment Length: Minimum 3 months, potential extension to 6 9 months
  
• Schedule: Monday Friday
  
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts)
  
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
  
• No weekends
  
• No call
  
• Rate: $175/hr
  
• Outpatient setting only
  
• Patient Volume: At least 16 visits/day
  
• EMR: EPIC

Scope of Work:

• Ambulatory primary care practice
  
• Acute and chronic conditions
  
• Annual wellness visits
  
• Post-hospitalization follow-up
  
• In-basket management including refills, advice requests, testing follow-ups, results, and referrals
