As the Assistant Chief Medical Officer, you'll serve as a key member of the executive leadership team while maintaining an active clinical practice. You'll work closely with senior leadership to:
- Lead and mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Improve clinical operations, workflows, and provider productivity
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational decision-making
- Recruit, develop, and retain clinical talent
- Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
- Foster collaboration across clinical and administrative teams
- Continue providing compassionate primary care to patients across the lifespan
We're seeking a physician who combines strong clinical skills with a passion for leadership and building high-performing teams.
Qualifications include:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible Pennsylvania medical license
- Minimum of five years of physician leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience supervising physicians and/or advanced practice providers
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience strongly preferred
- Passion for serving diverse patient populations and improving access to high-quality care
