- End Date/Duration: Ongoing, with a commitment of approximately 1 week per month
- Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM; 24-hour neuroendovascular and stroke response coverage
- Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (approximate)

- License/Certifications: Ohio medical license; board-certified or eligible in neurosurgery/neurology/vascular neurology (depending on specialty requirements)
- Experience: Prior neuroendovascular and stroke management experience preferred

- Provide 24/7 neuroendovascular and stroke response coverage, including thrombectomy procedures in a busy STEMI and stroke center environment
- Respond to neurovascular emergencies, including ED stroke alerts and thrombectomy procedures as deemed appropriate
- Collaborate with hospital teams in managing inpatient adult and geriatric patients
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR system
- Serve in a critical role supporting Level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke care
- Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Certification or eligibility in neuroendovascular/neurosurgery/neurology
- Minimum 2 years of recent neuroendovascular/stroke care experience
- Ability to perform thrombectomy procedures and respond promptly to emergent neurovascular alerts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
