What You ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive adult Internal Medicine care in a value-based care setting
  • Utilize population health tools, risk stratification, and care coordination strategies
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement and health equity initiatives
  • Incorporate social determinants of health and community-engaged approaches into patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and community partners
  • Support operational improvements and clinical process enhancements
  • Deliver patient-centered, equitable, and high-value care aligned with ACGME competencies
What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Texas
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in health equity, population health, or value-based care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience mentoring residents preferred
