• License/Certs: Active Ohio medical license; BC/BE in Pulmonology and Critical Care required
• Experience: Outpatient pulmonary practice preferred; procedural experience in advanced bronchoscopic procedures a plus

Pay & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 Year 1 & Year 2)
• Paid time off: 5 weeks annually
• CME allowance: $5,000 per year

What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient pulmonary consultations and follow-ups for adult patients
• Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including thoracentesis, chest tube placement, central line insertion, and ventilator management
• Collaborate with hospital-based ICU teams in a Level 3 trauma center setting adjacent to the ICU
• Manage patient care using Cerner EMR system
• Participate in hospital-based pulmonary procedures as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care guiding diagnostic and treatment strategies
• Engage in multidisciplinary team efforts to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Active Ohio medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine
• Proven experience in outpatient pulmonary management and procedures
• Strong procedural skills in ICU settings, including ventilator management and invasive procedures
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
