- Provide anesthetic care primarily for cardiac surgeries and procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure patient safety
- Manage anesthesia for a broad range of surgical cases
- Participate in on-call night beeper coverage (1-2 nights/week)
- Document all procedures accurately within Epic EMR system
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care in a Level I Trauma designated hospital
- Support clinical staff in complex surgical environments
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Valid PA medical license or IMLC
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Willingness to take night call shifts and adapt to varied daily schedules
