Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour

What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population of approximately 25 patients daily
• Conduct well-child visits, Acute care, and follow-ups in a clinic setting
• Utilize EMR (EPIC preferred) for documentation and patient records
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Manage patient education and preventive care
• Engage with the community to support health initiatives and education

What You Need:

• Active California Medical License with unrestricted practice privileges
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of Residency)
• BLS certification
• Proficient in EMR systems (EPIC experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish) speaking skills
• Experience in community or underserved healthcare settings
• Previous outpatient pediatric care experience

About the Assignment:
This outpatient pediatric position is located at a leading healthcare facility in Hesperia, CA, serving a socioeconomic challenged community in the High Desert. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with a daily patient load of approximately 25 children. No call duties are required. The clinic is focused on delivering high-quality, accessible pediatric care while fostering a supportive work environment. Providers will start upon obtaining access and credentialing, with opportunities for locums to perm transition if mutually desired.
