What You ll Do

• Provide expert urological care in a hospital and clinic setting
• Perform core procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and ureteroscopy
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient care
• Support support staff and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
• Participate in on-call coverage for urgent patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology
  • PA License or IMLC LOQ (or license in process)
  • DEA registration
  • Minimum 1 year clinical experience in Urology
• Preferred:
  • Experience with robotic surgery and complex procedures

About the Assignment
This role involves providing specialized urology services at a reputable healthcare facility in York, PA. The facility offers a mix of clinic visits, cysto/stent procedures, and supportive supervision of APPs. The hospital features 16 operating rooms across two locations, including robotic surgical capabilities, with support staff available including 4 medical assistants and 1 clinical service associate. The orthopedic scope includes procedures such as vasectomy, vasectomy reversal (not mandatory), penile implants, lithotripsy, and occasional pediatric surgeries. EMR system used is EPIC.
