Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: hypothetical rate, actual pay package discussed upon application)
• Additional Compensation: Rates typically around $4,750 - $5,950 per shift, based on coverage type

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient urology consultations and elective procedures
• Manage inpatient urology cases and support hospitalists during inpatient shifts
• Conduct 5-10 phone consultations daily for adult patients
• Collaborate with local urologists, nurses, urology techs, and hospitalists
• Participate in rounding and active consults
• Cover weekend inpatient shifts as needed
• Support patient care through hybrid clinic and call coverage

What You Need

• Valid medical license in New Mexico
• Urology certification or relevant experience preferred
• 1+ years of urology practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexibly between clinic and inpatient settings
