Hospitalist Opening in Oklahoma- Full time- Tulsa, Ok- Hospitalist - Nocturnist Position Highlights Join a well-established, hospital-employed Hospital Medicine program with more than 100 Hospitalists practicing within a collaborative, physician-led environment. 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM), totaling approximately 182 shifts annually. Adult inpatient practice at a 900-bed tertiary care hospital with an average of 8-10 patient encounters per shift . No procedures required. Four closed ICUs with dedicated intensivist coverage and comprehensive subspecialty support. Work alongside 30 daytime Hospitalists, swing-shift physicians, dedicated nocturnists, APPs managing floor calls, and rapid response/code teams. Teaching opportunities available through affiliations with Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. Practice within a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center utilizing EPIC EMR. Outstanding physician retention with an experienced team averaging more than 10 years of tenure. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Oklahoma medical license. Board certification required within seven years of completing residency. Open to both graduating residents and experienced Hospitalists.
