Start: ASAC - Originally wanted 6/2/25.
LOA/End: Will take 3-6 month contracts with option to extend.
Schedule: M-F 8-5; 1 late week 11-8p; one Saturday a month 8-4:30p
Patient Volume: 26 patients schedule, 18-20 average ppd
