What You ll Do:
- Provide medically directed anesthesia care in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT areas
- Manage 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per day
- Support a busy surgical schedule, excluding transplants and pediatric hearts
- Deliver one-on-one patient care for diverse age groups in a Level I trauma setting
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical staff in a multidisciplinary environment
- Contribute to patient safety and quality assurance initiatives
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and varied shifts
What You Need:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master s or Doctorate)
- Current Minnesota RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain
- Certification by the NBCRNA
- CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications
- Prior anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
