What You ll Do:

• Provide medically directed anesthesia care in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT areas
• Manage 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per day
• Support a busy surgical schedule, excluding transplants and pediatric hearts
• Deliver one-on-one patient care for diverse age groups in a Level I trauma setting
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical staff in a multidisciplinary environment
• Contribute to patient safety and quality assurance initiatives
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and varied shifts

What You Need:

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master s or Doctorate)
• Current Minnesota RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain
• Certification by the NBCRNA
• CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
