What You ll Do

• Provide on-call anesthesia coverage during scheduled shifts, with callback as needed
• Respond promptly to callbacks (minimum 2 hours) and provide anesthesia services as required
• Collaborate with on-site medical teams during long weekends and on-call periods
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient encounters
• Support the facility s anesthesia needs, including emergency and scheduled procedures
• Participate in on-call planning and coverage for weekends and holidays

What You Need

• Valid Virginia RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage on-call responsibilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and on-call shifts
