What You ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures across diverse specialties including ortho, gyn, eyes, endo, ENT, dental, and general surgery.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to create and implement anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs.
- Monitor patients vital signs and manage anesthesia during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer anesthesia and sedation, adjusting as necessary throughout procedures.
- Document all care and procedures accurately within the electronic medical record (Epic).
- Maintain compliance with all safety, legal, and institutional protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and support clinical staff as needed.
What You Need
- PA state license in good standing
- Board Certification as a CRNA
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Prior CRNA experience in outpatient or surgical settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy outpatient environment
