What You ll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures across diverse specialties including ortho, gyn, eyes, endo, ENT, dental, and general surgery.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to create and implement anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Monitor patients vital signs and manage anesthesia during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Administer anesthesia and sedation, adjusting as necessary throughout procedures.
  • Document all care and procedures accurately within the electronic medical record (Epic).
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, legal, and institutional protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and support clinical staff as needed.

What You Need
  • PA state license in good standing
  • Board Certification as a CRNA
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Prior CRNA experience in outpatient or surgical settings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy outpatient environment
