Job Details:

  • Emergency Medicine physician coverage needed for a Level 2 Trauma Center

  • Facility features one trauma room and 11 exam rooms

  • Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgery, and other critical cases are transported to a tertiary care center

  • 24-hour emergency department with approximately 16,000 visits per year

  • 65-bed facility serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations

  • Charting system: CPSI EMR

  • ABEM board certification required

  • Active Maine state license required or willingness to obtain

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • DEA required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
