Licenses & Certifications Required

• Active Georgia Medical License Required
• DEA Required
• Case logs required
  • Proof of epidurals
  • Proof of spinals
  • Proof of blocks

Clinical Requirements

• Supervision of CRNAs and independent case management
• Must be proficient in:
  • Spinals
  • Blocks
  • Epidurals

Required Case Experience

• Endoscopy
• OB/GYN
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• ENT
• Ophthalmology
• Orthopedics

Department Details

• Daytime staffing:
  • 1 MD
  • 3 CRNAs
