OBGYN Physician Locum Tenens Job in New York

Details/Requirements:
Assignment Type: Inpatient OB Call Only
Schedule: Tentatively every other week: Monday 7:00 AM - Thursday 7:00 AM, Friday 7:00 AM - Monday 7:00 AM
Shift Length: 24-hour call coverage beginning at 7:00 AM
Patient Volume: Approximately 400+ annual deliveries with an average L&D census of 1-2 patients
Call Coverage: Manage assigned and unassigned OB patients
OR Requirements: None
Coverage Needed For: One physician
Support Staff: Experienced Labor & Delivery team staffed in accordance with AWHONN guidelines
Credentialing: Temporary privileges available in as little as 10 business days once a complete medical staff application and supporting documents are received
Assignment Length: Ongoing; contract length to be determined
