Details/Requirements:
Dates needed: Friday 11/20 and Monday 11/23 through Wednesday 11/25 with possibility of clinic closing early!
Outpatient clinic 8am-4:30pm
Approximately 12 patients per day
Linear Acc., IMRT, IGRT, SBRT
Med Onc, Radiation Onc, NPs, Radiation Therapists on staff as well as office support
ACLS required
Board Certified or Board Eligible (only if within 2 years from completed residency)
Temporary privileges can be granted
Active IL or IMLC
