Job Requirements for Assignment :
Kentucky state medical license required to apply
Board Certified/Eligible Vascular Surgeon
Starts October 2026 and there will be ongoing dates offered
24-hour call coverage
Mid-level support is available
Seeking 1-2 weeks per month beginning in October
Fellowship trained candidates will be prioritized

Full In-house Anesthesia
Initial Dates Needed:
Dates Needed: 24-hour Call (7a - 7a)
10/12 - 10/19 (ending 7am)
11/9 - 11/16 (ending 7am)
12/8 - 12/14 (ending 7am)
Additional Information:
Physician (MD/DO)
Board Certified preferred
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, DEA Certificate
Skills/Procedures: Open and Endovascular Dialysis
Adult/Peds: 100% Adult
Intensivists on staff 24/7: yes at hospital, Hospitalist on staff 24/7
Perm Surgeons on staff: 1 Perm surgeon
Providers required to scrub in any additional specialties: no
No scrub tech duties - will have scrub techs during OR and first assist
