Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Ohio (OH) providing 24-hour call coverage in a hospital-based setting.

Position Highlights

• 24-hour call coverage (8:00 AM 8:00 AM)
• Hospital ER/GYN and Labor & Delivery call
• No in-house call required
• EPIC EMR
• Must be comfortable performing C-sections and all OB/GYN-related surgical procedures, including scheduled D&Cs

Practice Details

• 2 Physicians and 5 CNMs on staff
• % GYN volume
• 1 4 GYN surgeries per day
• % C-section rate
• Newborn nursery coverage with no special care nursery

Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active Ohio Medical License
• NRP and ACLS certifications
• Flu vaccination required
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation

Credentialing

• -day credentialing timeframe
• Emergency temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean background and active Ohio licence and DEA
