Occupational Medicine Opening in Ohio- Full time- Findlay, OHMedical Director - Occupational Health & Urgent Care Position Highlights Lead a well-established Occupational Health and Urgent Care program within a physician-led, independent health system. Unique leadership opportunity combining 80% clinical practice with 20% administrative responsibilities . Clinical responsibilities include approximately 50% Urgent Care and 30% Occupational Medicine . Provide care for acute illnesses, injuries, work-related conditions, employment physicals, and return-to-work evaluations. Serve as a clinical leader by developing policies, overseeing quality initiatives, mentoring Advanced Practice Providers, and onboarding new clinicians. Collaborate closely with operational leadership to advance strategic growth and service line initiatives. Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply. Practice within a nationally recognized, physician-led health system known for clinical excellence, autonomy, and local decision-making. Compensation & Benefits $300,000 base salary , inclusive of vacation and CME. $100,000 sign-on bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2). $10,000 relocation assistance. 200 hours (5 weeks) of vacation and CME time. $5,000 annual CME and board certification allowance. 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning in Year 2. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another applicable specialty. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Ohio medical license. Occupational Medicine experience preferred. Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and quality improvement skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
