Schedule: 12 hour shifts with day and night coverage as scheduled by the site.

Position Overview

Provide emergency medicine physician coverage in a hospital emergency department setting.

Annual volume referenced as approximately 22,000.

Charting system: Epic.

Required Qualifications

MD or DO.

Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine as accepted by the site.

Active Missouri medical license.

DEA with Missouri address and required schedules.

Missouri controlled substance registration as required.

ACLS, ATLS, and PALS as required by the site.

Case logs for the past two years as required by the site.

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

Credentialing timeline varies by site. Timeframe referenced as approximately 61 to 90 days.

Temporary privileges may be available based on site policy and provider file completeness.
