What You ll Do
  • Provide respiratory care and therapy to patients in a hospital setting
  • Monitor and operate ventilators and other respiratory equipment
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and procedures
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Support hospital staff in emergency respiratory situations
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington state
  • At least 1 year of clinical RT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to hospital protocols
