Urology Physician

Clinic hours are with lunch Monday-Friday. Need a provider (s) that are comfortable continuing minimal opioid stable patient's med management. Migraine treatment with Botox a plus. We are looking for fulltime coverage and willing to take multiple providers for long-term consistent coverage. This is a bread-and-butter practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy etc.
