Surgery - General Physician
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified General Surgeon to join an employed surgical practice in a welcoming South Alabama community, offering a broad bread-and-butter surgery scope, strong community need, and an excellent quality of life just 90 minutes from the beach.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, hospital-employed General Surgery opportunity

- Scopes required
- No robotics
- Dedicated clinic and OR block time
- Approximately 10 days of call per month
- Only one weekend of call per month
- Serve a growing regional area of 60,000+ residents
- Practice within an 85+bed community hospital offering comprehensive medical services

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in General Surgery
- Experienced surgeon required
- Proficiency in general surgery procedures and endoscopy/scopes required
- Comfortable practicing in a smaller community setting
- Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama
