Medical Director Marshall Cancer Center

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee hematology and oncology clinical operations, support quality improvement, and act as the primary liaison between the Marshall Cancer Center and UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center specialists.


Staff Hematology/Oncology Physician Rideout Cancer Center

We are recruiting a staff physician to join the Rideout Cancer Center team in Marysville. This role focuses on providing high-quality clinical oncology care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advancing comprehensive cancer services in the community.


Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (4 clinical days + 1 administrative day)
  • Patient Volume: patients per day
  • Call: Low call volume; rotating schedule
  • Research: Opportunity to participate in clinical trials with support from Clinical Research Coordinators
  • Support Team: Medical Assistants, Oncology Nurse Services, Nurse Practitioners


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $475,000 $511,700
  • Productivity Incentives: Up to $61,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,500
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
  • CME: $5,000 allowance + 5 CME days
  • Retirement: Pension and 401(k)-style plans with employer contributions
  • Time Off: 24 days/year + 14 paid holidays
  • Benefits: In accordance with UC Davis policy


Qualifications

  • MD or DO with eligibility for California medical licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology
  • Commitment to community-oriented care and multidisciplinary teamwork
