Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do:
  • Monitor residents mental and physical well-being, notify supervisors of changes, and document observations accurately
  • Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders; administer medications and treatments
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants in providing quality resident care
  • Assist with wound care, oxygen administration, gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings, and infection control practices
  • Aid in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers with proper documentation
  • Maintain communication with residents families and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Manage unit operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Support staff orientation and ongoing education to maintain high-quality care standards

What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid LPN/LVN license in New Hampshire
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Own transportation due to location in a rural area with limited public transit

Preferred:
  • Experience with wound vacs and medication management
  • Knowledge of infection control and safety regulations
