Schedule: Mon - Thurs (8am - 5pm)
Friday: (8am - 12pm) No on-call, weekend, or night shift requirements.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a growing dental practice in Leavenworth, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to the growth of a well-established practice.
The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally within a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures
Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment options
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while ensuring a positive patient experience
Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent chairside manner and patient engagement skills
