Locums Neuroendovascular Surgery Physician - Youngstown, OhioAvailability

• Coverage: Ongoing
• Schedule: 1 week per month (7 on / 7 off)
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with 24-hour Neuroendovascular coverage
• Call: Required
  • 12 hours in-house
  • 12 hours beeper call
  • 7 consecutive days while on service
• Providers Needed: 2-3

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certified Interventional Neurologist
• Active Ohio Medical License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Neuroendovascular call while on service
• Respond to Emergency Department stroke alerts 24/7
• Perform thrombectomy procedures
• Perform additional neuroendovascular procedures as clinically indicated
• Manage an average inpatient census of 10-12 patients per day, with additional consults as needed
