• Beeper Call
  
• 30-minute response time required

Practice Details:

• Inpatient setting
  
• STEMI call coverage
  
• Consults for unassigned cardiology inpatients
  
• Additional procedures as credentialed
  
• Admissions required
  
• Facility has 2 Cath Labs
  
• 2 full-time Interventional Cardiologists on staff
  
• Call volume varies from 0 to a few cases per week

• MediTech

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
  
• Fellowship Preferred
  
• Active West Virginia Medical License or IMLC
  
• BLS Required
  

Facility Details:

• Level III Trauma Center
  
• Stroke Certified Hospital
  
• Temporary Privileges Available
  
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 10 Days
