We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician (MD/DO) to join our multi-specialty, office-based healthcare team. The Physician will work collaboratively with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality medical care to patients across all age groups.
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services, developing appropriate treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and ensuring exceptional patient care through evidence-based medical practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across various age groups within an office-based, multi-specialty practice.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Manage disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery plans.
Treat acute illnesses and injuries while developing appropriate care strategies.
Prescribe medications, administer routine vaccinations, and provide guidance on personal health, wellness, and preventive care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, recommend follow-up care, and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
Develop sound medical assessments and individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
Provide clinical direction and support to nursing, clinical, and front-office staff.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Complete documentation without inappropriate copy/paste practices to support accurate E/M coding standards and quality reporting.
Ensure appropriate documentation to support HCC coding requirements and value-based care initiatives.
Review, complete, and sign patient charts within required timelines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other practice-related activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
