Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a BoardEligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join awell-established community hospital located just south of Boston,Massachusetts. Join a collaborative Emergency Department with experiencedphysicians, excellent specialty support, flexible scheduling, and outstandingearning potential.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $230/hour plusproductivity and quality bonuses
• Annual Bonus: Up to $40,000
• Night Shift Differential:Additional $325 per shift
• Full-time: 15 shifts permonth
• Primarily 8.5-hour shifts
• Flexible, physician-drivenscheduling

Emergency Department:

• Approximately 60,000 annualvisits
• 84 physician coverage hoursand 36 APP coverage hours daily
• Two physicians on overnightcoverage from 1:00 AM-7:00 AM
• Strong specialty supportincluding Surgery, Anesthesia, Obstetrics, Neonatology, 24-hour Cardiac CathLab, and dedicated Hospitalist services

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, andtreat a broad range of emergency conditions.
• Perform emergency proceduresas needed.
• Collaborate with physicians,APPs, nursing, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate EMRdocumentation.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or BoardCertified in Emergency Medicine.
• Eligible for Massachusettsmedical licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLScertifications.
• ATLS required untilEmergency Medicine board certification is obtained.
