We are seeking anexperienced and collaborative Physician Clinical Lead to join our growinghealthcare organization in Atlanta, Georgia. This leadership position combinesdirect patient care with physician leadership, offering the opportunity toinfluence clinical excellence while maintaining an active practice.Approximately 70-80% of the role is dedicated to patient care, with theremaining time focused on provider leadership, mentorship, and operationalcollaboration.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted MD/DOlicense in Georgia with DEA registration.
- Board Certified/BoardEligible in Family Medicine (preferred) or a related primary care specialty.
- Minimum 3 years ofexperience in primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, or asimilar ambulatory setting.
- Proven leadership, coaching,and mentoring skills with the ability to support providers and promote clinicalexcellence.
- Strong communication andconflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with provideronboarding, education, or peer mentoring.
- Knowledge of clinicalprotocols, scope-of-practice requirements, and ambulatory care standards.
- Proficiency with EHRsystems, documentation, and quality/performance reporting.
- Previous experience as aClinical Lead, Associate Medical Director, or other physician leadership role.
- Experience collaboratingwith Practice Managers in a multi-site ambulatory environment.
- Background in qualityimprovement, clinical documentation review, and protocol development.
- Experience mentoring oronboarding Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Familiarity with ambulatorycompliance, provider readiness, and clinical workflow implementation.
