Job Requirements

• MD or DO required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• At least 1 year of recent cardiothoracic surgery experience required
• Must be able to perform structural heart procedures and support TAVR cases
• Experience with CABG, mitral and aortic surgery, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and TAVR supervision preferred
• Comfortable working collaboratively with APPs in inpatient and outpatient settings

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage for inpatient and outpatient needs
• Round with APPs in the morning and manage ongoing patient care
• Evaluate and respond to emergency consults and urgent OR needs
• Perform or supervise procedures such as CABG, mitral and aortic cases, and structural heart interventions
• Support a high-quality patient care environment with efficient, team-based workflow
