We at Sygnetics Healthcare, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firm, are searching for strong Healthcare providers who share our passion to care for our nation s veterans.


We have an immediate need for four (4) Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) Physicians in for the VA in Minnesota to provide outpatient medical services for our veteran population. Two (2) positions will be at the VA Medical Center in St. Cloud MN, One (1) at the Montevideo, MN Outpatient Clinic and one (1) at the Brainerd, MN Outpatient Clinic. These positions offer flexible assignments with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing the Upper Midwest s rich natural landscapes and beautiful lake attractions.


Must have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified or Eligible.


Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeks


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Preventative Care: This includes annual physicals, screenings, and vaccinations to maintain good health and prevent disease.

Acute Care: Treating common illnesses and minor injuries, such as colds, flu, rashes, and sprains.

Chronic Disease Management: Helping patients manage long-term health conditions like hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes through regular check-ins, medication management and ordering tests.

Health and Wellness: Providing counseling and patient education on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and weight management.

Diagnosis, Evaluation, Treatment, Care Management, and Consultation: Across all settings to include, but is not limited to care of: Chronic and acute conditions, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Joint pain, Upper respiratory issues, Skin conditions, Mental health concerns, Other musculoskeletal issues, Neurology, Gynecology, Geriatrics, and Ambulatory conditions

Approximately 80% of time expected to contribute to Direct Patient Care and 20% toward Administrative


Hours & Schedule:

Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays) plus up to five (5) hours weekly beyond normal tour of duty for approved activity (i.e training, patient, care activities, and administrative duties).

One active, unrestricted State License in any state

Current DEA

BLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required
