Provides excellent patient care and medical services as related to venous insufficiency while supervising and supporting the growth of other medical professionals.
• Perform all procedures to expectations while following proper protocol
• Accurately complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Understand and meet clinic metrics
• Review and understand all reports (daily/monthly)
• Maintain active licensure and required CME
• Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical/Surgical Assistants with varying credentials in a fast- paced outpatient facility while ensuring compliance with CVR policies and procedures
• Work as a team with varying CVR staff to promote and build the practice while meeting marketing metrics as well as maintain CVR s mission, vision and core values
• Promote teamwork, mutual respect and effective communication as well as employee and patient safety and wellbeing
• Participate in CME events, dinners and CVR sponsored events
• Participate in a quarterly journal club, training and in all mandatory meetings
• Monitor and audit staff performance as well as participate in quarterly and annual reviews
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience post residency unless primary field of practice is Phlebology, Vascular Surgery or Interventional Radiology
• Procedure based experience is preferred
• Must be unrestricted by non-compete clause
• Must be able to travel to CVR locations as needed
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability and have success as a clinical physician
• Must have excellent clinical acumen; integrity and empathy
• Must exhibit compassion and commitment to patient care and experience
• Must possess the ability to collaborate with all CVR employees including Executives, Clinical and Admin teams.
• Must provide outstanding customer service as well as possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be detail oriented and dedicated to follow through and achieving results
• Must have a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills as well as meet or exceed performance expectations
• Must display ownership of success with the drive and integrity to become a strong CVR physician
• Must be flexible in terms of scheduling, responsibilities and priorities
• Must adhere to CVR protocols including procedure indications and performance, charting and safety and compliance
