Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $257,000 $286,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVUs

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient demographic
• Manage a panel of patients with scheduled appointments and follow-ups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in a physician-led environment
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations
• Utilize lab and imaging services nearby for diagnostics and treatment
• Help develop and implement patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth s mission
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Colorado; eligibility for medical licensure
• Residency completion in Family Medicine (board eligible/board certified)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
