Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: $287,000 - $319,000 annually, with potential quality and productivity bonuses

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients in a well-established team setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team following a care-team model
• Manage preventive health, chronic disease, and acute illness cases
• Empanel and build lasting patient relationships with the support of clinical medical assistants
• Access a broad network of specialists across UCHealth for integrated care
• Share phone-only regional call, with minimal weekend coverage
• Maintain work-life balance in a family-friendly community close to the Rocky Mountains

What You Need

• Valid Colorado medical license, or eligibility
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine (must have completed residency)
• Able to work in a collaborative environment
• Effective communication and clinical skills
