- License/Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology, active Oklahoma medical license preferred
- Experience: New graduates encouraged; prior NICU experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $265,000 annually with annual increases

What You ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care at two Level III NICUs with state-of-the-art equipment
- Manage approximately 10 shifts per month, including out-of-house coverage
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, NNPs, and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support care utilizing advanced ventilators and monitoring systems, including HFOV and jet ventilators
- Participate in patient consultations, emergency response, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Contribute to a collegial, community-centered work environment
What You Need:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology; active or soon-to-be Oklahoma medical license preferred
- Ability to obtain licensing and hospital privileges in Oklahoma
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Prior NICU experience is a plus, but newer fellows are encouraged to apply
