Compensation & Benefits

• $270,000 $370,000 annual salary
• Productivity bonuses with RVU incentives up to $32,000
• $15,000 sign-on and relocation package

• Additional $500/month for supervising an APP

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Optional 4-day, 10-hour workweek
• Average 20 patients per day, with flexibility to see more
• Treat patients of all ages
• Optional weekend Express Care/Urgent Care shifts for additional income
• No nights or required weekends for excellent work-life balance

Founded in 1964, this well-established nonprofit FQHC provides comprehensive primary care, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, chiropractic, and specialty services throughout Northern California. The organization operates 14 medical centers and 5 dental centers serving Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama, and Yuba counties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• California medical license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
