Practice Overview
- Employed ENT position with a respected community health system serving a large regional draw
- Clinic setup includes dedicated exam rooms, private physician office space, and experienced support staff (with plans to add an advanced clinician)
- General ENT with broad age range (pediatrics through geriatrics) and strong referral base to ramp quickly
- Call rotation of 1:4 with a call center; typical volume is light and largely post-op related
Schedule
- Clinic hours Monday Friday, 8:00a 5:00p (last patient typically scheduled by 4:00p)
- Early ramp: approximately 3 clinic days and at least 2 OR days weekly; more OR time as you build volume
- Average completed visits/day initially (targeting 20+ as no-shows decrease and panel grows)
- Option to discuss a 4- or 4.5-day workweek with dedicated admin time built in
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $600,000 (3-year contract) plus wRVU bonus ($70 factor; threshold 8,571)
- $100,000 sign-on bonus (relocation assistance included within the bonus structure)
- Student loan support up to $25,000/year at the end of years 1 3 (additional support possible with renewal)
- 30 days PTO, $6,000 CME allowance, up to $2,000 for licensing/dues, and comprehensive benefits with malpractice coverage including tail
Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible (with certification expected within 5 years of residency completion)
- American Board pathway required; U.S. citizens and Green Card holders considered (AMGs and IMGs welcome)
- Comfortable seeing a full-spectrum ENT patient population (peds through geriatrics)
- Interested in a longer-term home (3+ year commitment preferred; physicians nearing retirement also considered)
