Assignment Details
• Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
• Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
• Full-time locum opportunity

Compensation:
$470/hr

Schedule
• Monday Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No call
• Full-time availability required

Clinical Details
• Patient Population: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatric
• 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient
• Average Daily Volume:
• Inpatient: 5 patients
• Clinic: patients
• EMR: Epic
• Responsibilities include:
• Electrophysiology consultations
• Ablations
• ICD implantation and management
• Pacemaker implantation and management
• Cardioversions
• Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)

Requirements
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Fellowship trained in Cardiology/Electrophysiology
• Active Indiana medical license, IMLC, or willingness to obtain an Indiana license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Providers with minimal malpractice settlements will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Credentialing
• Approximately 2 weeks
