Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday No Nights or Weekends
A well-established, nationally supported primary care organization is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its outpatient practice in Little Rock, Arkansas.

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive-care plans
- Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources
- Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Participate in interdisciplinary care-team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support quality, population-health, and patient-outcome initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Board certification in Internal Medicine required
- Active or eligible Arkansas medical license
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- Experience in outpatient primary care, geriatrics, or value-based care preferred
- Strong communication and patient-engagement skills
- Commitment to collaborative, relationship-based medicine
