Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday No Nights or Weekends
A nationally supported primary care organization is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its outpatient practice in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This position is designed for a physician who wants to spend more meaningful time with patients while working within a highly supported, team-based care model. The practice focuses on comprehensive primary care for older adults, with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, care coordination, and long-term health outcomes.

- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an older-adult patient population
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive-care plans
- Conduct routine examinations and health screenings
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources
- Participate in interdisciplinary care-team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Support quality, population-health, and patient-outcome initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Board certification in Internal Medicine required
- Active or eligible Michigan medical license
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- Outpatient primary care, geriatric, or value-based care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-engagement skills
