Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 3-September 28 at their Corporate Health clinic in Vincennes, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm, and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break (12-1pm for all days except Wednesday, which is 2-3pm). MA also works in clinic. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
