must be residency trained and BC (BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED BY AMBS (American Board of Medical Specialties or AOB American Osteopathic Board Willing to work in St. Louis MO. When bidding provide the following: - Providers availability for interview with the medical director (required before confirmation). - Provide at least 2 WEEKS worth of availability - Provide the providers actual monthly availability. THEY MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 12 HOUR SHIFTS - Preference will be given to providers who can work blocks of shifts and weekends and weekdays. - Copies of active license to ensure clean background. When bidding - agency MUST provide the following self-evaluation by the provider to be considered Provider Self Skills Rating (P-Proficient, VC-Very Comfortable, C-Comfortable, NT-Needs Training): - Suturing / Wound Care / Incision & Draining (and date last performed): - Splinting (and date last performed) - X-Rays / EKGs (and date last performed) - Drawing Blood(and date last performed) - Working Independently (and date last performed) - Pediatrics (6+ months) (and date last performed) Minimum Qualifications: Physicians: Residency training and board certified/eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM) or Med/Peds (this is required). must be residency trained and BC (BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED from a board that is American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Board. NO OTHER BOARDS will be accepted MUST be trained to see both adults and pediatrics. MUST show proof of 50 patient encounters in the last 12 months with experience correlating to the privilege requested BLS must be current and MUST come direct from the American Heart Association Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays. We have onsite X-ray and EKG. Must be VERY comfortable with EMR. Epic comfort a plus. Training will be provided but cannot be provided prior to clearing credentialing and onboarding. Must be willing to work with medical assistants, scribes, rad techs as support staff (no RN/LPN support staff) Scheduling: Prefernce to local clinicians; Available to work in centers throughout St. Louis; Centers are open 8A-8P Mon-Friday and 9A-5P Sat/Sun; Moving to 12 hour shifts on weekends; NO OVERTIME
