Compensation & Benefits
• $380,000 minimum guaranteed base salary for your first two years - plus a productivity bonus based on new patients.

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
• Licensure: Illinois licensure eligible
• Practice Profile: Minimum 80% clinical time; open to performing procedures; research background required for candidates seeking protected research time
