- Two weeks of coverage each month
- The schedule will consist of 24-hour on-call duty with 8 hours of patient contact daily, and callback hours after the 8-hour shift
- The facility offers onsite lab and X-ray services and uses EPIC/Provation for GI procedure documentation
- Required procedures include esophageal dilatation, small bowel biopsy, various GI endoscopies (sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy), and managing a Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
- Upper GI endoscopies will involve biopsies, foreign body removal, bleeder cauterization, variceal banding, ERCP (both diagnostic and therapeutic), and PEG placemen

- Active and unrestricted IL License and Board Certification required
- BLS and ACLS
