Coverage Need

• Start Date: September 2026 (ASAP)
• Assignment Length: Approximately 6 months
• Coverage dates are flexible based on provider availability
• Coverage needed due to provider resignations and ongoing recruitment

Schedule & Availability

Clinic Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Expected Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Call

• No call currently required

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certified OB/GYN - Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
• Active Minnesota Medical License or
• Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) with Letter of Qualification (LOQ) - Accepted

Practice Details

• Outpatient only
• Bread-and-butter OB/GYN cases
• EMR: Epic
• Dedicated support staff including:
  • 1:1 Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • RN Triage support
