Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Flat-rate on-call compensation: $5,000-$6,000 per shift; holiday coverage: $7,500-$9,000 per shift

What You'll Do:

• Provide full scope OB GYN care, including deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries
• Cover OB GYN ED on a 24-hour call basis, with a response time within 20 minutes
• Collaborate with dedicated support staff, including medical assistants and a practice manager
• Respond to emergency cases as required, supporting inpatient and outpatient services
• Maintain documentation and follow protocols in Cerner EMR system

What You Need:

• Active California medical license and board certification in OB/GYN
• Prior experience in full scope OB GYN practice, including deliveries and surgeries
• Ability to respond within 20 minutes during on-call shifts
• Comfort working in inpatient/outpatient settings with a support team
